2.2. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days before departure.
2.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days.
3.1. Travelers must ensure their passports have at least 6 months of validity from the travel date.
3.2. Visa applications are the responsibility of the traveler, unless included in the package.
4.1. NKETravel highly recommends purchasing travel insurance.
4.2. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delays beyond our control.
5.1. The itinerary is subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, flight delays, or government regulations.
5.2. NKETravel reserves the right to make adjustments without prior notice.
6.1. NKETravel acts as an agent for transportation, hotels, and other services and is not responsible for any accidents, delays, or loss of personal belongings.
6.2. Travelers are responsible for their own well-being and safety during the trip.
7.1. Special requests (meals, accommodations, etc.) must be informed during booking and are subject to availability.
7.2. Any additional costs incurred for special requests shall be borne by the traveler.
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
