K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization):
- Travelers from visa-exempt countries generally need an approved K-ETA before boarding their flight or ship.
- Temporary Exemptions: South Korea temporarily exempted citizens from 22 specific countries/regions (including the US, Canada, UK, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, and several European nations) from the K-ETA requirement for short-term visits.
- If your country is not on the temporary exemption list (e.g., Malaysia), you must apply for a K-ETA online at least 72 hours before departure.

Before 7days of Departure: 50% tour fare refund
Before 3days of Departure: 30% tour fare refund
Cancelled on departure day: 0% tour fare refund
